Converge Fees

CivicPlus Pay + Converge supports the Absorbed Fee Model.

The Absorbed Fee Model means your organization absorbs or pays the service fees. Fees are calculated by Converge and then invoiced to your organization. Your customer would not pay these fees during checkout.

Recreation Management + Absorbed Fee Considerations

• When using the Absorbed Fee Model with Converge in Rec, you will be able to type the card number in on the card reader along with swipe and insert.
• If needed, you can create a surcharge in Rec to pass fees to your patrons.
