Support Ticketing Moving to Salesforce
Making this move will bring:
- Enhanced support ticket portal
- Smarter in-product support widget
- A consolidated support platform for all CivicPlus products
Help Centers Moving to Document360
Making this move will bring:
- Smarter AI-powered search
- Easier content navigation and a streamlined user interface
- Enhanced accessibility
- Integrated Self-Help Bots: Direct connection to intelligent in-product self-help options
Launch Timeline
The Agenda and Meeting Management Select product will launch the new software in late July 2025. The rest of our CivicPlus products will launch in early August 2025.

Nice that it's moving. Would be nicer to have a cut off date and links to the new support and ticketing urls.
Hi Theresa Miller! When our new system launches, we'll ensure a seamless transition for your most important links. Core links will automatically redirect to their new locations. These redirects will stay active for one year, giving you plenty of time to update any bookmarks. Look out for upcoming announcements over the next few weeks with our exact launch timeline and details on which links will be covered.
