You can change your name on your account through CivicPlus Single Sign-On. This will change your name across all CivicPlus products.
- Users signing through their organization’s Custom IdP cannot edit their First Name or Last Name. Their name will default to what is listed on their IdP provider.
- Navigate to https://cpauthentication.civicplus.com/Identity/Account/Login
- Enter your Email Address and Password and click Sign In
- Edit your First Name and Last Name
- Note: You cannot change the first name or last name for an external account.
- Click Save
