Manage Your Subscriptions

Residents can access the My Subscriptions page to view all available lists along with their descriptions, however, users must be logged in to subscribe. Users can sign up to receive Emails, SMS notifications, or both. They may also choose to unsubscribe from a list/type or unsubscribe from all list types at once.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your organization's Notifications site (http://notifications.civicplus.com/[orgname])
  2. Navigate to the My Subscriptions page
    My subscriptions tab in left navigation.
  3. Click Sign In To Manage Subscriptions and log into your account
    Sign in to manage button.
  4. View your subscriptions
    View subscriptions.
  5. Use the Search and Filter Table tools to further refine your list
    search and filters.
  6. Toggle SMS and Email notifications
    Toggle subscriptions.
    Note: The toggle is set to On when set to the right. When subscribing to notifications for the first time, you will receive a welcome email from the Organization.
  7. To unsubscribe from all notification lists, click Unsubscribe From All
    Unsubscribe from all.
  8. Respond OK to the pop-up prompt that says Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from all lists?
