We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. View the History Log

The History Log provides transparency on activities performed by administrative users in Notifications Admin. The History Log records who performs one of the following actions and when the action was performed. 

  • Subscription lists are created, updated, or deleted
  • Settings and templates are updated
  • Pending messages are modified or canceled
  • Permissions are granted or removed

 

The summary links to specific lists or content items. Users can also export the history log to CSV.

 

 

Instructions 

  1. Log in to your organization's Notifications Admin site (http://notifications.civicplus.com/[orgname]/admin)
  2. Click Administration and select History
    History option in the Administration menu.
  3. View the History Log
    History timeline.
  4. Perform any desired actions
    History action icons.
    • Download CSV: Download a CSV file report
    • View Columns: Choose to view only Summary, Action Date, or both
      Columns options.
    • Filters: Choose to filter by Action Date, Action, Entity Type, or User
      Filters.
