The Integration Event Log allows users to see the status and details for each run of their integration. This feature will be used to verify your integration is running as expected and also for troubleshooting when it’s not.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Integrations tab
- Select the Actions menu > View Event Log next to the integration
- On the Run History screen, view the overall status for each run of your integration
- Click the Filters icon to sort the Status column as well as the columns for Start/End Time
- To view additional details, you can select a run entry and a pop-up with a listing of the steps for that run will be shown
- To view the details of a single step of the run, you can then click on the row for that step. This will open another pop-up where you can view additional details for that step
