Users can build advanced integrations using If conditional logic. You can use unlimited conditional nodes for your integration but can still only have a single trigger and up to 10 action nodes. Using an If conditional allows you to specify that an integration should only run when certain criteria are met.
To use an If conditional, you will drag the If node onto the advanced integration grid. You will then connect the conditional to your trigger and one or more actions.
You will then complete all required fields in Step 1 for your Trigger and Action nodes. There are no items to complete for your If conditional node in this step and all configuration will take place in Step 2.
In Step 2, you will configure your If conditional using Javascript. We are working on enhancing this functionality to make it easier to use. While you can drag the chips into the field, this occasionally adds extra spaces or characters that will cause an integration to error or not fire. In the meantime, we recommend typing your Javascript and not using the chips.
