We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete these updates.

Subscribers Overview

Administrative users have access to view the global Subscribers listing which contains a list of all subscribers for their CivicPlus Notifications application.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your organization's Notifications site (http://notifications.civicplus.com/[orgname]/admin)
  2. Navigate to the Subscribers tab
    Subscribers tab in left navigation.
  3. View a list of all subscribers for your application
    Subscribers list.
    • First/Last Name: View the first and last name of the user
    • Email Address: The email address used to subscribe
    • Phone Number: View the phone number of the user
    • Type: The type of subscription the user has (Email, SMS, or Both)
    • Lists: The number of lists they are subscribed to
    • Subscribed: The date they first subscribed
    • Suppressed: An icon for email, SMS, or both will show if the user has been added to the Suppression List
    • Verified: If the user account has been verified or not
  4. Sort results by clicking on the column headings
    Columns above list.
  5. You can further refine your results by choosing one of the tools in the top right corner
    Filters icons.
    • Search: Click to search for a specific subscriber
    • Download CSV: Select to export a CSV file of all of the subscribers
    • View Columns: Choose which columns to show in the results
      Show columns.
    • Filter Table: Use the filters to refine your results
      Set filters.
