ArcGIS Integrations

ArcGIS can be used as an Action in the Integration Hub. With this integration, users can add an item to a feature layer as a result of their integration.

 

Important Notes

  • ArcGIS is a premium integration and can be added to your solution for an additional cost. To get access to third-party integrations, please contact your CivicPlus Customer Success Manager.
  • The Design Fields will vary based on the Trigger and Action options you choose. 

 

Instructions

  1. Create a Simple Integration or an Advanced Integration with ArcGIS as the Action
    ArcGIS action example.
    • Type: Select Feature Layer
    • Service URL: Add the URL from ArcGIS for the service you want to add items to
    • Layer: Select the layer you want to add the items to
    • Action: Choose Add Item from the drop-down
  2. Once you move to the Configure step, the available ArcGIS fields will populate
    ArcGIS configure fields.
