CivicReady Integrations Guide

Users can trigger an integration when a notification is sent from the Mass Notification System (formerly CivicReady). This integration pairs with your Web Central Alert Center, HCMS Content, and SeeClickFix Integrations.

Setup Instructions

1. If needed, add CivicReady Credentials
2. Create a Simple Integration or an Advanced Integration with CivicReady as the Trigger
   
   
   Note: The fields will differ depending on the Action selected.
   • Type: The integration will trigger when an alert is sent
   • Groups: Choose the Group from your CivicReady instance that you wish to use when triggering an alert
