Manage Your Account in Portal

This article will show you how to manage your account from the CivicPlus Portal. 

Instructions

1. Navigate to the CivicPlus Portal
2. Select user profile and then My Account in the top right corner
   
3. You will be directed to the Account Services page where you can make changes, as needed
   
   
   • Add & Manage Your Phone Number
   • Change the Name on Your Account
   • Change Your Email Address
   • Manage Your Location & Address
   • Change Your Password
     
   • Set Up Two-Factor Authentication on an Account
