Manage Bookmarks on Your Portal Dashboard

The Dashboard in the CivicPlus Portal can be customized by favoriting links or forms for easy access to frequently used items.

Important Notes

• You must have an account and be signed in to favorite a link or form.
• All favorites, regardless of organization, will show on the Dashboard and will be grouped by the organization. 

Instructions

1. Navigate to your organization's Portal page
2. When navigating through the CivicPlus Portal, click the bookmark icon on the upper right-hand corner of a tile to save a link
   
3. You can also bookmark forms
   
4. The bookmarked links/forms will now show on your Dashboard page
   
5. To remove a link, select the bookmark icon and click Confirm Removal on the pop-up
   
6. Refresh your browser and the link should be removed from your Dashboard
