This article outlines the fields that map from Integration Hub to Web Central (formerly CivicEngage Central) modules when creating an integration. It also specifies the character limits that are currently set on each field.
Important Notes
- In the mapped fields below, the Integration Hub field is listed on the left, before the ">", and the Web Central field is listed on the right.
- The character limits refer to a character limitation of the Web Central field. If the Trigger item has more than that number of characters for that mapped field, the integration will error and you will be able to see those details in the Integration Hub logs.
- Anywhere there are date fields for the action, it should be expected that the mapped field should also be a date field. This is also true of URL fields, date/time fields, image fields, and locations/addresses. Anything indicated to be Boolean will need to be in standard Boolean responses (such as true or false).
