You can add links to third-party/external forms to your CivicPlus Portal using the Settings tab.
Important Note
- CivicEngage Central and CivicOptimize forms for the organization will automatically sync to your Portal. Learn more about how to manage integrated forms.
Instructions
- Navigate to the page with your embedded Portal or access the stand-alone Portal
- Select Settings > Forms
- Select + New Form Link
- Add the URL for the form
- Add a Title and Description for the form
- Click Save
- Your form will now display on the Forms tab
