Download Personal Data

Users are able to download the personal data for their CivicPlus Single Sign-On account. This data includes the user name, email, phone number, and if two-factor authentication is enabled on the account. 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to CivicPlus Single Sign-On
  2. Enter your Email and Password and click Sign In
    sign in
  3. Select the Personal Data tab

  4. Click the Download button
    download
  5. A JSON file will download to your computer
    json file
