Download Personal Data

Users are able to download the personal data for their CivicPlus Single Sign-On account. This data includes the user name, email, phone number, and if two-factor authentication is enabled on the account. 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Log in to your CivicPlus account
    SSO Sign-in screen.
  2. Select the Account History tab
    Account History.
  3. Click the Download button under the Personal Data section
    Download button.
  4. A JSON file will download to your computer
    JSON file.
