Attachments in Emails from FormsCenter not accessible
Hello All,
We've recently converted to CivicPlus and are encountering some system issues.
We have some forms where constituents can attach documents / images to their form submissions. The attachments come in as links in an email, not as true attachments. When the emails are received (complaints, traffic / road repair requests, etc), the emails are routed to the responsible department.
But, then the action person clicks the link to the image/document, they are take to the CP login page and then the process stops, because the action person does not usualluy have a login to the Civic Plus backend, and so can not access the attached document/image.
Does anyone have a workaround for this scenario? Can we specify something that tells the system to attach the documents / images as attachments, rather than storing them on a server where the recipient does not have permissions?
Any help / ideas are appreciated!
