Please review the applicable Master Services Agreement, as this contains the core legal terms that apply to all services provided by CivicPlus. Any reference to “Master Services Agreement” or “MSA” means the applicable legal terms. Also, certain Solutions and Services listed on your applicable statement of work may have additional terms and conditions that apply to the use of such Solutions and Services. You can find the applicable terms in the Solutions and Services Terms and Conditions. If you are using any of the Solutions and Services, the terms corresponding to those Solutions and Services apply to your use.
