Braintree is not one of CivicPlus' Payment Gateway Partners. Therefore you, the customer, are responsible for initiating the sales/contracting process, providing the necessary information during implementation, and for ongoing troubleshooting and support issues related to Braintree. We do not have direct lines of communication with this vendor.
