This article will go over how to edit your Alert Default Settings.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Alert Default Settings under Settings Alert default settings option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select which alert setting you want to edit Select existing settings.

  4. Adjust the Type of alert and Incident if necessary Type and Incident dropdowns.

  5. Toggle to enable Delivery Methods Enable delivery methods.

  6. (Optional) Check the boxes to apply Related Alert Behaviors for Reply, Reply All, or Forwards Related behaviors.

  7. (Optional) Check the box to Enforce Locked Groups Security Enforce locked groups.

  8. (Optional) Adjust the number for Mobile Location Sharing Staleness Factor Mobile settings.

  9. Select Save Save Settings.
