This article will go over how to edit your Alert Default Settings.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Alert Default Settings under SettingsAlert default settings option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select which alert setting you want to editSelect existing settings.

  4. Adjust the Type of alert and Incident if necessaryType and Incident dropdowns.

  5. Toggle to enable Delivery MethodsEnable delivery methods.

  6. (Optional) Check the boxes to apply Related Alert Behaviors for Reply, Reply All, or ForwardsRelated behaviors.

  7. (Optional) Check the box to Enforce Locked Groups SecurityEnforce locked groups.

  8. (Optional) Adjust the number for Mobile Location Sharing Staleness FactorMobile settings.

  9. Select SaveSave Settings.
