Threat Level Display in Weather Alerts
When the threat level is included in the CAP (Common Alerting Protocol) message sent by the National Weather Service, the threat level will now be displayed on all sent weather alerts.

Enhances compliance with CAP message standards
Note:
This feature is automatically enabled for all users receiving weather alerts. If the CAP message does not include a threat level, the alert will be sent as before, without the threat level displayed.
New Limits for Alerts and Data Tables
Ad Hoc Contacts List:
The maximum number of recipients you can add when creating an alert is now 2,000.
Data Table Enhancements:
Header cell length is now limited to 50 characters.
Data cell length is now limited to 200 characters.
The maximum number of columns in a table is now 30.
