The article will show you how to manually upload and delete a file.

Important Notes

  • Files you have uploaded to the Alert Form, including voice recordings you record from the Alert Form, will be automatically stored under Manage Files.

  • While image files can be uploaded and deleted with the steps below, we recommend that you follow the steps in the Manage Images article.

Upload a File

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to Settings and then Manage Files Manage Files option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select Upload FileUpload File button at the top of the Manage Files screen.

  4. Locate and select the file you want to upload within your system's File Explorer dialog

  5. Fill out additional information, as applicable

    • Images: Add Alternative (Alt) Text for the image (required)
      Alternative Text box on an image upload.

    • Documents: Add a helpful description of the file (optional)
      Description textbox on a document upload.

  6. Click Upload FileUpload file button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  7. The file has been added to the files stored within the system A highlighted file in the list on the left hand side of the screen.


Delete a File

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to Manage Files Manage Files option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select the file you wish to remove and click the Delete buttonThe Delete button on the bottom of a selected file.

    Note:

    To delete multiple files at once, select Table View, check the boxes next to the files you wish to remove, and click Delete Selected.

  4. Click Delete Selected on the pop-up that says “Are you sure you want to delete the selected file(s)? This action cannot be undone.”Delete selected button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up.

  5. The selected files have been deleted from the system
