The article will show you how to manually upload and delete a file.

Important Notes

  • Files you have uploaded to the Alert Form, including voice recordings you record from the Alert Form, will be automatically stored under Manage Files.

  • While image files can be uploaded and deleted with the steps below, we recommend that you follow the steps in the Manage Images article.

Upload a File

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to Manage Files The Manage Files option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select Choose File Choose File button.

  4. Locate and select the file you want to upload within your system's File Explorer dialog

  5. Click Submit The blue, rectangular Submit button.

  6. The file has been added to the files stored within the system An example file in the Current Files list.

Delete a File

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to Manage Files The Manage Files option in the left navigation menu.

  3. Under Current Files, check the checkmark(s) next to the name(s) of the file(s) you wish to delete An example checkbox on the Current Files list.

  4. Click Delete Selected The blue, rectangular Delete Selected button below the Current Files header.

  5. Click Ok on the pop-up that appears to confirm the deletion The blue, rectangular Ok button on the delete confirmation pop-up.

  6. The selected files have been deleted from the system The Current Files list with the example file deleted.
