Canceled ETNs
A status of Cancelled will be shown on the ETN tab of the Sent Alert Details page for ETNs that have been canceled before all calls have been made.
Manage Social Media Page
The Manage Social Media page has been updated with instructions on how to add a new Facebook account.
Unsubscribe from Emails
Users who unsubscribe from an email will now appropriately display that email as unsubscribed when their user is viewed from the Contact page.
Alert Text Messages
When creating an Alert with a text message, if the text message length exceeds the allowed character limit, the alert sender will be notified and prevented from sending until resolving the issue by taking one of the following actions:
Provide a shorter alert message
Provide a shorter, customized text message
Deselect the text message delivery method
Alert Message Individual Delivery
Customizing the alert message for individual delivery methods is now an “opt-in” action. The user must explicitly toggle a switch on before they can customize the message for a given delivery method.
Message Editor Custom Messages
The main Message editor screen now includes a notice when there are custom message(s) set for individual channels.
