Mass Notification Caller ID

Prev Next

Mass Notification needs to collect profile information from customers if they wish to have a custom default Caller ID.

To prevent spam, phone providers in the United States (U.S.) are now required to have all phone numbers registered. Registration requires customers to provide business information and a point of contact. This is known as “U.S. A2P 10DLC (United States Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) registration,” which is required by all major U.S. telecommunications carriers.

Important Note

This Caller ID information is for custom reverse callback numbers. Customers can use the default reverse callback number of 833-419-3463. That number will not have a customer-specific Caller ID name but is registered.
