This guide explains the two ways you may be asked to sign in and complete MFA through Konexus into Mass Notifications.
There are two possible sign-in experiences.
The first is logging in through Civicplus Single Sign on. To see this process including MFA see the Two-Factor Sign-in article.
The second is using a Konexus Account. If you sign in directly with your Konexus username and password, and enrollment with your Konexus Account in MFA is required. During enrollment you choose to receive your verification code either by email or through an Authenticator App.
Important Note:

Instructions For Using a Konexus Account
Go to the Konexus login page and enter your email address associated with your organization and click the Next button.
If you have not yet enrolled, you will be prompted to set up MFA before you can continue.
Choose you preferred MFA method: Email to receive a one-time code at your email on file, or Authenticator App to scan a QR code with an app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Note
You can change your MFA method (Switch between email and authenticator app) at any time from your account security settings.
If you select Email enter the one-time code sent to your inbox and click the Verify button.
If you selected Authenticator App, You will be prompted to set up an Authenticator app and then to scan the QR code and enter the 6-digit code generated by the app.
Submit the code by clicking the Verify & Enable button to complete enrollment. Your MFA method is now saved to your account along with provided Recover Codes if using an Authenticator App.
On every future login, enter your username and password, then enter the MFA code from your chosen method (email or authenticator app) to access Konexus.
