This article will show you how to unsubscribe from Mass Notification notifications.
Resident Portal Experience
Mass Notification now uses our Resident Portal for a more streamlined resident sign-up experience.
Note:
This experience is currently in beta and has not been released to all customers. If you are interested in using the new sign-up page, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Go to your organization's Resident Portal page
Select the Alerts & Notifications tab
Select the Alerts or Weather Alerts tab
Click the toggle button next to the list you want to unsubscribe from
Note:
You can also use the Unsubscribe from All button to unsubscribe from all alerts.
A green confirmation bar will appear in the bottom right corner when you have successfully unsubscribed
Prior Unsubscribe Experience
Navigate to your community public signup link. The link is unique to your municipality.
To find your unique URL view the How to Find Public Signup URL article
Select Modify or Unsubscribe:
Type in your Email address or Phone number:
Click Find my profile:
If you type in your Phone number, you will be sent a confirmation code using SMS (text). Type in the Confirmation Code, select I'm not a robot, and click Confirm:
If you type in your email, you will be sent an email with further instructions. Go to your email and select the link in the email.
Note:
If you can't find the email, double-check your spam folder.
Select Unsubscribe
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you signed up with:
