This article walks through how to view and export sent history for IPAWS messages.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Send IPAWS Alert in the left-hand menu:The Dashboard screen with the Send IPAWS Alert menu option highlighted.

  2. Log in with your Email Address and Password:The IPAWS login screen with the Email Address, Password fields, and the Remember Me? and reCAPTCHA checkboxes highlighted.

  3. Hover over the Reports menu and select Sent History:The IPAWS Dashboard Reports menu expanded and the Sent History menu option highlighted.

  4. View sent history:The IPAWS Sent History screen displaying previously sent alerts and their details.

  5. If needed, use Search Filters:The IPAWS Sent History screen with the Search Filters section highlighted.

  6. Click Export to download a CSV file of the report:The IPAWS Sent History screen with the Export button highlighted.
