Activate Auto Timestamps

You can use the Auto-Timestamp (formerly Auto Bookmark) checkbox on the Minutes Settings page to automatically save timestamps. This will help you save time during meetings. You can even add multiple timestamps per section or item. The Auto Timestamps functionality will compute and save the time frame directly on the timestamp for convenient reference.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:
    The Meetings Module option on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the desired agenda:
    An example agenda tile.

  4. Click the Go to Minutes button:
    The white, rectangular Go to Minutes button below the Edit Agenda Settings button.

  5. Ensure you are viewing the Minutes Settings page:

    Note:

    The Minutes Settings page should appear by default. If you are not viewing the Minutes Settings page, you will need to navigate to the View menu and select the Minutes Settings option from the dropdown list.

  6. Scroll to the Live Meeting section:

  7. Check the “Auto-timestamp when ‘Set Current’ is selected” checkbox:

  8. The Minutes Settings page will auto-save and activate auto-timestamps for the meeting
