This article describes the AI Summary Generation status banners that appear in the AI Minutes view.
Important Note:
AI Summary Generation status banners will only display if the AI Generated Minutes feature has been enabled. For more information or to enable AI Generated Minutes, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
Caption File Not Uploaded Banner
A "Caption file not uploaded" banner is displayed when the meeting you are adding AI Minutes to does not have a closed caption or Zoom transcript file. Click the “Media source” button to go to the Event Media page in the Events module. From there, you can upload the needed file.
Create AI Discussion Summaries Banner
A “Create AI discussion summaries” banner is displayed when a closed caption or Zoom transcript file is already available, and you can initiate generation from the AI Minutes view. Click the “Create AI summaries” button to begin the process. You can keep editing while summaries are being created.
Generating Discussion Summaries Banner
A “Generating discussion summaries” banner is displayed while the system is generating AI summaries. This process can take 2 to 5 minutes for every 60 minutes of meeting length.
AI Summaries Created Banner
An “AI summaries created” banner is displayed when summary generation has completed successfully. Click the “Refresh to show summaries” button to add them to your minutes.
Discussion Summaries Have Been Generated with AI Banner
A “Discussion summaries have been generated with AI” banner is displayed when the AI summaries have been inserted into your AI Minutes draft. Click the “Regenerate” button if you need to regenerate the AI summaries.
AI Summary Generation Failed Banner
An “AI summary generation failed” banner is displayed if there was an error in the generation of the AI summaries. Click the “Create AI summaries” button to retry creating the AI summaries.
