Edit the Script of an Agenda Item or Section

This article will show you how to edit the script of an agenda item or section.

Important Note

You must configure at least one agenda script before you can edit the script of a specific agenda item. View our Set Up Agenda Scripts article to learn how to create and assign an Agenda Script template.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:
    The left-hand navigation menu with the Meetings module highlighted.

  3. Select the desired agenda:
    An example agenda tile.

  4. Click the Select button:
    The white, rectangular Select button, which appears below the Go to Minutes button.

  5. Check the checkbox next to the section or item with the script you wish to edit:

  6. Click the Script button:

  7. Edit the Item Script or Section Script field as desired:

  8. Use the paragraph formatting and text formatting tools to format the display of the script text as desired:

  9. Click the Save button to save your changes:
    The green, rectangular Save button in the lower-right corner of the Edit Script modal.

  10. Click the OK button on the “Successfully Save!” pop-up message to confirm that the script was successfully saved:

  11. Click the Close button to exit the script editor:

  12. The script has been updated
