The Agenda Script feature allows organizations to create an alternate version of an agenda that includes additional text for agenda sections and items. This script version is commonly used by meeting leaders or clerks to provide verbal cues, talking points, or other notes that help guide the flow of a meeting. The original agenda remains unchanged and available while using Agenda Scripts.
After Agenda Scripts have been set up, users can edit the script text for individual agenda items or sections as needed. Multiple item and section scripts can also be updated at the same time.
This article explains how to edit agenda item and section scripts in the Meetings module.
Important Note
You must configure at least one agenda script before you can edit the script of a specific agenda item. View our Set Up Agenda Scripts article to learn how to create and assign an Agenda Script template.
