Enable and Assign Chair View in Board Portal

Chair View allows someone to set current items and call speakers up while the meeting is happening in the Board Portal.

Important Note

Chair View can only be enabled by someone with full access to the Minutes module.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The left-hand navigation menu with the Meetings module highlighted.

  3. Select the desired agenda:An example agenda tile in the Meetings module.

  4. Click the Go To Minutes button:A white, rectangular Go To Minutes button below the User Menu and the Edit Agenda Settings button.

  5. Navigate to the Live Meeting section:The Live Meeting section on the Minutes Settings page.

  6. Check the Enable Chair View checkbox:The Enable Chair View checkbox.

  7. Click the Select Member dropdown and click the name of the person you would like in Chair View:The Select Member drop-down list and a list of member names.

  8. Chair View has been enabled and assigned
