Enable and Assign Chair View in Board Portal

Prev Next

Chair View allows someone to set current items and call speakers up while the meeting is happening in the Board Portal.

Chair View must be enabled and assigned for each meeting in which it will be used. Chair View assignees should have a proper understanding of the Display Pages and be in sync with the person running the meeting in the Admin Portal.

This article will show you how to enable Chair View for a meeting, as well as how to select the user who will have Chair View controls.
