Enable and Assign Chair View in Board Portal

Chair View allows someone to set current items and call speakers up while the meeting is happening in the Board Portal.

Important Note

Chair View can only be enabled by someone with full access to the Minutes module.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:

    The Meetings Module option in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the desired agenda:

    An example agenda card.

  4. Click the Go To Minutes button:

  5. Navigate to the Live Meeting section:

    On the minutes settings page, the Live Meeting section is selected.

  6. Check the Enable Chair View checkbox:

  7. Click the Select Member dropdown and click the name of the person you would like in Chair View:
