We are reaching out today to share an important update regarding your Agenda and Meeting Management Essential solution.

Our team’s goal is always to deliver innovative solutions that meet your evolving needs and empower you to drive impact in your community. To ensure we hit the mark, we continually seek input and feedback from our customers.

Based on these ongoing conversations and our partnerships with over 1,600 Agenda and Meeting Management customers, we now know that your long-term needs for agenda and meeting management are unlikely to be met by Agenda and Meeting Management Essential.

For that reason:

  • The Agenda and Meeting Management Essential product will reach its end-of-life on June 30, 2027.

  • To best meet your team’s needs, all Agenda and Meeting Management Essential customers will be transitioned to Agenda and Meeting Management Select, our flagship agenda, meeting, and minutes solution.

Shifting from Agenda and Meeting Management Essential to Select expands the core functionality of your platform while increasing security and accessibility compliance. Select maintains the capabilities you rely on today while providing enhanced tools to support evolving legislative and transparency needs.

With Agenda and Meeting Management Select, you can:

  • Support ADA compliance and inclusive experiences with a public portal aligned to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards

  • Increase security with a GovRAMP Ready platform aligned to the NIST framework

  • Make it even easier to create and share meeting agendas and packets with version history, bulk item copy/move, and unlimited meeting types, users, and storage

  • Streamline your live meeting tasks and post-meeting processes with live and on-demand video streaming, private agenda scripts, minute snippets, and task tracking

  • Unlock increased flexibility and control with expanded platform customization, user administration, and field version history

  • Improve engagement and transparency with board and Admin portals, public page templates and embeds, and a more robust notification system

  • Boost ease-of-use with SSO, AI-assisted minutes drafting, an in-product support chat, and integrations with Google Drive, OneDrive, and Zoom
