Manage Bookmarks for Item Files

Agenda and Meeting Management Select can be configured to automatically generate bookmarks for item reports and item attachments included in Agenda Packet PDFs (Portable Document Format). This article will show you how to toggle bookmarks for these uploaded attachments and item reports on or off.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the system if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the User Menu, then select the Settings option:

  3. Click the Meetings tile:

  4. Click the General tile:

  5. Scroll to the Other Settings section:

  6. Use the Include Bookmarks on Item Files checkbox to toggle item file bookmarks on or off:

    Note:

    This feature is toggled off (unchecked) by default.

  7. Click the Save Changes button:The green, rectangular Save Changes button below the User Menu.

  8. Item Files created after setting this feature will reflect this change
