Tag an Item

Tags make searching and filtering easier by allowing you to tag Agenda Items with searchable keywords. You can Add Tags in advance from your Settings page or tag items directly. This article will show you how to tag items directly in your item settings.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your solution if you have not already

  2. Navigate to the Meetings module:The Meetings module button in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Click the Meetings button on the Main Menu to access the Meetings module

  4. Click to select the Agenda containing the item:An example agenda tile.

  5. On the Agenda, click the Item you wish to tag:An example agenda item.

  6. Click the Edit Item Settings button:The agenda item Edit Item Settings button.

  7. Click into the Tag field to start typing your tag(s):The Edit Item Settings dialog box Tag field for searching and adding tags.

    Note:

    Tags added previously in Settings will appear as suggestions when you type keywords.

  8. Click the Save Item Settings button to save all Tags:The Edit Item Settings dialog box Save Item Settings button.

    Note:

    Tags will turn purple when they are ready to add, but you must click Save Item Settings to save the Tags.

  9. Tags you have added will now appear in the Tags section of the item:The agenda item Tags section.
