This article will show you how to view the members in a meeting and indicate their Roll Call status, for example, Present, Present Not Voting, Absent, Excused.
Important Notes
You must have access to the Minutes Module to view or take roll call within the system.

Instructions
Sign in to your solution if you have not already
Navigate to the Meetings module:
Click the Agenda tile for the meeting you wish to view or take Roll Call for:
Click the Go to Minutes button:
Note:
If your organization uses Live Meeting Manager, you can check the Allow Board Members to join your meeting checkbox if you have not already done so.
Click the Roll Call button:
View the meeting's members:
Hover over a member to select their roll call status manually:
Present/Voting: Mark as present and a voting member
Present/Not Voting: Present, not a voting member
Absent: Unexcused absence
Excused: Excused absence
Once you have selected a member's roll call status, you can remove or change their status by re-selecting their current status:
You can also select Mark All As Present and Voting to bulk update all statuses:
Click Close once you are done updating member statuses:
Members' roll call statuses will appear updated in the roll call:
