The AudioEye Usability Toolbar has been updated. With an updated interface, we've improved functionality to enable site visitors to utilize an even more robust toolkit design.

Important Note:

  • The Trusted AudioEye Certification and Help Desk are still available and accessible through the marked buttons on the toolkit

  • AudioEye has discontinued the Screen Reader (Player)

Use the Toolbar

To explore the usability options, select the Accessibility Options icon (blue circle) in the bottom-right corner of the page.

The new Toolbar panel will open on the right side of the screen.

Selection Tools

The selection tools (Focus, Cursor, Highlight) of the AudioEye Toolbar panel.

  • Focus: Draws a colored box around buttons and links. This makes them easier to find and select for visual keyboard users.

  • Cursor: Enlarges the mouse cursor display. This makes it easier to track and improves usability for low-vision users.

  • Highlight: Adds a bright highlight to headings, links, or all text. This helps visually impaired keyboard users.


Editing Tools

The editing tools of the AudioEye Toolbar panel, including contrast, text size, and more.

  • Contrast: Lets you sharpen the image, remove color, and invert colors to improve visibility.

  • Color Shift: Shifts the color wheel. This helps users with different forms of color blindness see better contrast between colors.

  • Animation: Eliminates potential hazards, such as moving or flashing animations. These may trigger epileptic seizures.

  • Text Size: Enlarges all website body and headline copy. This improves readability and usability for low-vision users.

  • Spacing: Changes the distance between words and lines of text. This improves readability and usability for users.

  • Font: Changes the typeface on pages. It includes a font intended to assist individuals with dyslexia.

  • Guide: Enhances focus and improves reading comprehension. It creates a horizontal line controlled by the cursor.

  • Window: Enhances focus and improves reading comprehension. It blurs most of the page view as controlled by the cursor.

  • Images: Shows the alternative text that describes images on the website. This appears when you hover over them with the cursor.

Important Note:

AudioEye icon placement cannot be changed by Support. To reposition the icon, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Management to request the change.
