Expandable means that only the questions appear on the FAQ page at first. Each question has an arrow next to it. When a user clicks the question or the arrow, it expands to show the answer. Expandable sections save space on the page and reduce clutter.
To enable expandable questions, you will need to check the Show Answer in Widget box on the FAQs widget.
