Staff Directory Refresh

Finding the right contact in local government shouldn't be frustrating. The redesigned Staff Directory in Municipal Websites Central delivers a modern, accessible experience that helps residents quickly connect with the people and departments they need. With enhanced search and sorting, dedicated People and Categories views, improved department navigation, and mobile-friendly layouts, residents can find information faster and with fewer clicks. The redesign also introduces improved accessibility, better alignment with your website's design, and a more consistent experience across directory pages. For staff, that means fewer misdirected calls, less time answering basic contact questions, and a professional digital experience that builds trust with your community.

The update will begin releasing to customers in phases starting July 11, 2026.
