Manage CivicPlus Video Profile

Important Notes

• Profile avatars should be square (1:1 ratio) for best results

• Banner images should be 16:9 ratio (1920 by 1080 pixels)

• Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF (for avatars)

• Maximum file size: 5 MB for avatars, 10 MB for banners

• Changes will be visible across all your channels and videos

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video
   

3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard
   

4. Select the Profile tab in the left navigation menu
   

5. If needed, edit the Banner Image for your landing page by uploading an image
   

   Note:

   The recommended size is 1920 by 1080 pixels. Maximum file size is 10MB.

6. Click on your avatar to update your profile picture
   

   Note:

7. Click Update Profile to save changes
