Manage FAQs in CivicPlus Mobile

This article will show you how to find answers and information regarding FAQ in CivicPlus Mobile.

Find an Answer

  1. Navigate to the FAQ module: Questionmark icon for the FAQ module.

  2. Tap Search by Category: Search by category field on the Find an Answer page.

  3. Select a Category using the dropdown menu, if necessary: Dropdown menu displaying categories for frequently asked questions.

  4. Tap Search by Word or Phrase to refine your search, if necessary: Search by word or phrase field.

  5. Tap View Questions: View Questions button at the bottom fo the Find an Answer page.

  6. Tap a question that you would like to view the answer to: Select a question.

  7. View a brief answer: Answer to a frequently asked question.
