The Real Estate Locator module lists residential and commercial properties in the local area. These two types of listings are separate, each with its own search tool. Community members can post and manage listings by creating a profile. Listing fees are optional and can be set to 0. If used, fees are charged per listing and must be set during implementation or by Support. Once a profile is created, users can manage their residential and commercial properties 24 hours a day.
Important Notes
By default, the Real Estate Locator does not require a subscription from community members.
The city or town can choose to charge a subscription fee. If they do, payments are made through the site using their ePayment center, Gateway, which must be set up first.
