Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Format

CivicPlus typically obtains a PFX file from our customers. PFX stands for Personal Information Exchange Format, and it exchanges public and private objects in a secure single file. Once your Customer Success Manager processes your request to provide your own SSL certificate, a CivicPlus technician will reach out to you and will provide you with a method to transport your file safely.
