This article will show you how to set the hyperlink through the Editor Widget.

Instructions
Navigate to the page that contains your desired link
Turn on Live Edit
Click in the Editor box
Click on the link and click Edit Link
Check or un-check Open in new tab
Select Update
Select the green checkmark on the right side to save the hyperlink
Select Save at the top of the page
