Update a Fancy Button's Image

A Fancy Button has two images: Background (outer) and Background (inner). The process to update the image for either one is the same, except for one step, which will be noted in the following instructions.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules, then Content, and finally Graphic LinksGraphic Links URL in the Modules Content menu.

  2. Select the category that contains the Fancy Button you want to modify A category in the Published Categories table.

  3. Select Choose an Action, and then Modify next to the desired Fancy Button Modify in the Choose an Action drop-down menu.

  4. Click the Fancy Button to start editing A Fancy Button under the Image header.

  5. Select either the Background (outer) or Background (inner) option at the top Background Image expandable option.

  6. Expand the Background Imageupdate_a_fancy_button_s_image_background_image.jpg

  7. Click Choose Image... to select a new image Choose Image button.

    Note: If you have an existing background image and want to change it, click Modify. Modify button.

  8. Locate an image and Insert it Insert button.

  9. Configure its PositionPosition input fields.

    • Position X: Move the image left or right

      • Left/Center/Right: Move it to the left/center/right

      • px: Move it via pixel dimensions

    • Position Y: Move the image up or down

      • Top/Center/Bottom: Move it to the top/center/bottom

      • px: Move it via pixel dimensions

    • Repeat: Choose to repeat the image Vertically, Horizontally, or Both

  10. Click Insert Fancy ButtonInsert Fancy Button button.

  11. Click Save or Save and PublishSave or Save and Publish button.

    • Save: Saves as a draft

    • Save and Publish: Saves changes and publishes to live view
