If you are subscribed to lists using both a phone number and an email address and want to update your email address in the front-end Notify Me® Module, then you will need to first remove the phone number from your old email address before you can update your new email address with that phone number.
This article will show you how to update the phone number on the front end.

Instructions
Navigate to your front-end Notify Me page (domain.civicplus.com/List.aspx)
Highlight your old phone number from the Phone Number field and delete it
Click Save
A pop-up will say Your subscription details have been updated; click OK
Check the I would like to be able to receive text messages on my mobile phone box
Add your Phone Number
Click Save
Click OK
