View Archived Blog Categories and Items

This article will show you how to view archived categories and items in your Blog module.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Blog

2. Select Show Archived

3. Apply the filters

   • Start Date/Start Time: Beginning of archival results you want to view

   • End Date/End Time: Ending of archival results you want to view

   • Display: Choose Categories, Items, or Both

   • Reason: Select the reason for archival

4. Select Search

5. View the filtered archives

   • Name: Displays the name of the archive

   • Date/Time Published: Displays the date and time of the published item

   • Date/Time Archived: Displays the date and time the item was archived

   • Reason: Displays the reason the item was archived

   • Choose an Action

     • Copy: Allows you to copy the archived item

     • View: Allows you to view the archived item

     • Preview: Allows you to preview the archived item

     • Copy Link: Allows you to copy the link of the item

     • Make Hidden: Allows you to hide the archived item
