Add a Channel
Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site
Note:
For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard

Select the Channels tab in the left navigation menu

Click Add Channel in the top right corner of the screen

Fill out the channel fields

Channel Name: Add a name for the channel
Description: Enter a short description of the channel
Channel Logo: Upload a logo image for the channel
Click Add Channel

Edit a Channel
Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site
Note:
For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard

Select the Channels tab in the left navigation menu

Click the pencil icon next to an existing channel

Edit the fields, as needed

Click Save Changes

Delete a Channel
Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site
Note:
For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard

Select the Channels tab in the left navigation menu

Select the trashcan icon next to a channel

Click Delete on the pop-up that says Are you sure you want to delete the channel?

Get RTMP Broadcasting Details
Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site
Note:

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard

Select the Channels tab in the left navigation menu

Click the Channel info icon next to a channel

Copy the RTMP URL and Stream Key under Streaming Settings
