Archive a Content Element

This article will show you how to change the status of a Content Element to archived.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the HCMS

  2. Navigate to Content on the left-hand side and select the Content Type that contains the Content Element you want to archive Content tab in left navigation with Event selected.

  3. Click the Actions menu next to your desired Content Element and select Change to Archivedchange to archived.

  4. Choose an Archive option and click Confirm Confirm button on the archive options pop-up.

    • Set to Archived immediately: Choose to have the content element immediately archive

    • Set to Archived at a later date and time: Select a date/time to archive
