This article will show you how to assign roles to Groups and Clients within a Permission Set to define what access they should have to content or assets within the HCMS and Web Evolve.
Groups are pulled from your Organization and any user who is a member of that group will be given the permissions that are defined in the selected role. Clients are set up in your HCMS.
Important Notes
When a permission set is applied to an asset or piece of content users will have access to view/modify that item based on the roles applied to these Permission Sets.
Users will only see and be able to apply permission sets to assets and content items when they are in a group that has Author access (or higher) for that permission set.

Instructions
Navigate to Settings and select Permission Sets:
Click the gear icon for the desired Permission Set:
Use the dropdown menus to assign roles to specific Groups and Clients:
The Permission Set will automatically save any changes
