Released Enhancements
Security Enhancements
These enhancements came out of our regular security vulnerability monitoring. We are actively monitoring our systems and proactively apply updates.
CSV Injection (Formula Injection) Mitigation: User input is now properly sanitized before being included in CSV exports.
Host Header Injection Prevention: Host header validation has been implemented, and URL generation now uses a secure, predefined domain configuration.
HTTP Header Information Disclosure: Server headers have been hardened to suppress unnecessary information. Headers such as Server, X-Powered-By, and others have been removed or anonymized.
Node.js: The application has been updated to the latest stable version, ensuring compatibility with modern security practices and performance improvements
Support
We are excited to enable our new and improved help center and support chatbot! The chatbot has been updated, and links in our help menus now point to our new support system.
Accessibility
Popover Headings
Popovers on calendars use the correct heading level (H2) for the title
View All Link Updates
Previous Behavior: Widgets using “View All” text could be duplicated elsewhere on the page and lacked context for screen reader users.
New Behavior: When a widget includes a heading, the ARIA label for the “View All” link is now automatically set to “View All [Heading]”.
Example: A widget titled “Latest News” will now have a screen reader label of “View All Latest News”.
Streamlined Page Creation Process
This release introduces a streamlined experience for adding new pages, improving usability, and content organization across the site.
Page Creation Moved to the Page Drawer
Previous Experience: Users accessed page creation through menus, mega menus, or the pages widget that launched a legacy UI built on older technology. This interface was inconsistent with the rest of the site and often led to confusion about where new content would appear in the sitemap.
New Experience: Page creation now happens directly within the Page Drawer, offering a seamless and modern interface that matches the rest of the platform’s design and functionality.
New Feature: Parent Page Field
A new Parent Page field has been introduced to help users clearly define where their new page belongs within the site’s structure.
This addition improves orientation and ensures accurate placement in the sitemap.
Benefits
Consistent UI: The updated workflow uses the same design system and technology stack as the rest of the platform, improving usability and reducing cognitive load.
Improved Content Organization: The Parent Page field helps users visualize and manage site hierarchy more effectively.
