Deactivate a Redirect

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Important Note:

You must deactivate a redirect before you can delete it.

Instructions

1. Click the Site Tools icon, then click Redirects

2. Select desired domain

   Note:

   • All Sites will apply the Redirect to all your domains. This is the most recommended option

   • If you choose an individual domain, you will need to add the redirect to the www and non-www domains: i.e. www.civicplus.com and civicplus.com.

3. Next to the desired Redirect, click the three-dot Action Menu icon, then click Make Inactive

4. Redirect will appear as a Draft
